Easter Egg Hunt for South Bronx Community Saturday March 30 from 10AM-5PM Join World Vision for their huge Easter outreach in the South Bronx with over 8,000 Easter eggs, entertainment, games, food, and a Gospel presentation. Help Pack and Sort Donated Items at World Vision Bronx Storehouse Saturday, April 6 from 10AM-2PM Help sort, package and prepare donated items for distribution to World Vision’s community partners. RSVP HERE. HFNY Pilot Program: Male mentors needed for a mentoring program on the UES 80th and Madison, Wed 6-8PM. Please email savina@hfny.org. Prepare and Serve Meals to Homeless at MAPC-SJ shelter Volunteers needed to prepare and serve a meal, talk with homeless guests, and clean up at homeless shelter on weeknights from 6PM-8:30PM. Orientation session on Sunday, April 7 from 1PM-2:30PM. RSVP HERE. Serve Meals to Women Recovering from Homelessness On Saturdays and Sundays, groups of women prepare and serve dinner for the female residents of the house. The kitchen is available to bring ingredients and prepare the meal on-site or volunteers can bring pre-cooked/potluck dishes. Saturdays from 3:30-7:30PM; Sunday from 2:30-6:30PM.
