Serve as a Leader-Coach for West Side Community Groups
September 2013 to July 2014
The West Side congregation is now accepting applications for Community Group Leader-Coaches for the 2013–2014 ministry year. Leader-Coaches come alongside Community Group leaders (of up to 3 groups) by encouraging, supporting, caring, and praying for them on a regular basis. As a West Side Leader-Coach, you’ll receive ongoing training and care from the Community Group Directors starting with a fall semester Intensive. You’ll also have regular opportunities to connect with other Leader-Coaches for peer support. This lay leader opportunity is open to Redeemer members affiliated with the West Side congregation. Previous experience in Community Groups and/or Community Group leadership is desired. Applications can be downloaded here.
