Nomination Form

You must be a member in good standing to participate in the November nominations.

To nominate, do the following:

1. Verify with your candidate that he or she is a member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church.

   Requirements for deacon/deaconess nominees
   1. a Christian for at least three years and a member of Redeemer for at least one year; OR
   2. a Christian for at least three years and a member of Redeemer for six months who has been committed to regular attendance at Redeemer for at least two years. 
   
   Requirement for elder nominees
   1. a Christian for at least three years and a member of Redeemer for at least one year. (A minimum of three nominations is required for an elder nominee to enter the screening process.)

2. Ask your candidate if he or she is willing to be considered.
3. If the answers to #1 & #2 are yes, you may submit their names on the form below.
4. Deadline: Last day of November.
