Community Group Director (Full-Time)
Redeemer Downtown is seeking a director to oversee and shepherd Community Groups(CG), Leaders, and Leader-Coaches. Director will be responsible for on-going supervision and pastoral oversight of Leader-Coaches and community groups, teaching and training of leaders, and developing structures and systems for ongoing multiplication of leaders and groups. Other responsibilities include the gathering and development of lay ministry teams; collaborating with other pastors, C.G. Directors, and the Session on leader development, writing CG studies and curricula, and pastoral care issues; and maintaining visible presence at worship services, coffee hours, and congregational events. Qualifications: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to function well as part of a team. Donor Management Assistant (Part-time, 30 Hours per Week, Flexible Work Hours)
Redeemer City to City (CTC) is seeking an organized, responsible individual to support the management of a variety of donor-related functions. Duties to include the entering of donations into Donor Management system (Raiser's Edge), and mailing out monthly donor receipts as well as end-of-year tax receipts. Also responsible for generating monthly donor and giving reports to CTC management, and CTC staff who raise their own support. Generate quarterly donor reports to worldwide church planters and quarterly e-mails to major donor list. Other tasks include setting up regular CTC development meetings, reconciling all donations with Redeemer's accounting system (quarterly), and coordinating the writing of thank you notes for new recurring and major gifts (+$1k). Qualifications: Must be able to work independently and efficiently and have excellent organizational and time management skills. Must have good computer skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
