Controller, Full-Time (If employee desires, the position can be 30 hr Part-Time)
Applicant must have clear understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, preparation of financial statements, job costing, internal controls, supervision of bookkeeping, cash flow, payroll tax related issues, and giving. Strong knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate a team. BS in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting (audit). Minimum 5 years of exp as an assistant controller or Minimum of 2 years exp as a controller. Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting a plus. CPA a plus.

Special Assistant to Tim Keller
Redeemer is seeking a special assistant who can maximize the senior pastor's effectiveness by reducing or more effectively managing his workflow as well as streamlining various/administrative processes. This special assistant will take a lead role in working with the senior pastor and his part-time executive assistant. Requirements: Need to embrace Redeemer's and the senior pastor's vision, have a gospel-oriented heart for the city, and have a minimum of 10 years of job-related experiences including significant administrative and/or personal assistant experience. Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, proven organizational skills, ability to take initiatives, and multi-tasking skills are essential. Travel required. A minimum of 4-year college degree, MBA a plus.

Global Community Coordinator, Full-time
The Global Community Coordinator is responsible to grow and serve Redeemer CityNet's global online community of church planters, cultural leaders, and content customers. The coordinator is in charge of online marketing and communications, managing the contact database, and publishing content for all RCN's web presences. Experience in content management and online marketing required. Must be proficient with Web 2.0 & publishing technologies. College degree required. Communications or Marketing major preferred. Strong familiarity and alignment with Redeemer vision, values, and personality, as well as Redeemer CityNet's mission to use Redeemer's ministry DNA to serve leaders in global cities.
