The staff is in charge of creating a community of discipleship among the women of CCM through Bible Studies, One-on-ones, Mentoring, and various programs used for development. Also the staff is responsible for raising at least 50% of his/her total compensation package Candidate must embrace CCM's vision, have a gospel-oriented heart for the city, must be a dependable, and self-starter who has excellent people skills. Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, proven organizational skills, ability to take initiatives, and multi-tasking skills are essential. Previous teaching, coaching, and counseling experience a plus. Need to have at least 2 years of full-time, or 5 years of part-time ministry experience working with women, with formal training from seminary or other post-college program which prepared applicant in discipleship or counseling. Fellowship Group Internships Redeemer Fellowship Group Department is seeking five paid interns to support the Fellowship Group Directors and assist with oversight of Fellowship (Beta) Groups. Each intern will directly assist one Fellowship Group Director with his/her system of leaders and groups, participate in leadership training, and have opportunity to build and teach a School of Gospel Foundation class. Qualifications: Must be a growing/mature Christian, deeply rooted in the gospel of grace, embrace Redeemer's doctrine, vision, and core values, be (or become) a member of Redeemer, and be considering a future in vocational ministry.
