We all spend the majority of our waking hours interacting with people. These interactions, both casual and more personal, have the potential to shape us--either for good or ill. Group members will be required to spend at least 1-2 hours per week in homework exercises and journalling.
Note: This group was designed as a follow-up to the "Relationships: A Mess Worth Making" seminar, but attendance in the seminar is not a pre-requisite to joining this counseling group. For those who attended the seminar, this group helps participants go deeper and engage the material through weekly homework exercises and group interactions led by the group counselor.
