Free Indeed Community Cupboard

We are a gospel-centered community cupboard providing our “volunteers” opportunities to build something bigger than ourselves, not for ourselves, feeding us, our church’s unemployed/under-employed, and neighborhood seniors, as we support and encourage each other.

“So if the Son sets you free, you shall be free indeed!” – John 8:36

Serving Redeemer members and attenders (by referral only)

When:  Fridays, 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (no admittance after 12 p.m.)

How it works: You will be helping us unload the truck at 11:00 a.m., if you are physically able. We then have a group time centered around Jesus Christ and His Word, with plenty of discussion and sharing.  We usually end by praying with and for each other before the next truck arrives.  We unload again and sort as we are directed.  Then we give thanks to God for all He sent and begin directed “shopping”. Before we leave we clean the space the room, and the remaining food is re-loaded on the truck for distribution to others.

What to Bring:  shopping carts or bags
