Nepal Disaster Relief
On Saturday, 4/25/15, Nepal was devastated by a 7.8-magnitude earthquake and numerous powerful aftershocks and landslides. Half a million people have been displaced and at least 5,500 have lost their lives.
We invite you to pray for those in the region who have experienced grief and loss and that food and water would reach those who desperately need it. We also encourage you to give to the relief efforts going on there. All funds donated will be given to the following organizations:
1. Mission to the World - Our denomination's global missions agency is facilitating relief efforts through national partners.
2. World Vision - They have mobilized emergency response staff and are initiating a response to meet basic and urgent needs.
