Lament & Prayer

As you are probably well aware, there’s been much unrest in Louisville for months, but especially last week. Charges against one of the police officers weren’t accepted well by the Taylor family and others. Many are hurt because the charges were about endangering the neighbors through the wall and not about Breonna Taylor's life. As a result, many civilians protested in the streets, but then it became violent. Police officers were shot by civilians and more than 30 civilians were put in jail over the weekend. Overall, there is tremendous sadness and pain.

Therefore, we will join to lament and pray as a community. Join us over Zoom this Friday, October 2 at noon for 30 minutes.
