Executive Director (Full-time)
The Executive Director or Pastor serves as the chief operational leader of Redeemer East Side (RES), directly supporting the Senior Pastor to achieve the church's vision, mission, and values. The Executive Director oversees staff leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence, and resource management across all ministry functions (including worship, spiritual formation, children/youth ministry, generosity, and building management). Mustard Seeds is a special needs ministry for children whose families attend the East Side morning service. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a mission-driven and strategic individual who is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations of the organization. Primary duties involve strategic planning, overseeing clinical operations, and finance. This role also oversees the administrative team responsible for human resources, technology, administration, and facilities.
